1. Strict age verification

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher, to access this site. By entering you confirm under penalty of perjury that you meet this requirement. We may require additional verification at any time and may terminate access immediately where age cannot be established. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these terms.

2. Adult content warning

This site contains sexually explicit material intended for consenting adults. If such material is unlawful where you are located, or if you find it offensive, do not enter. You are responsible for ensuring that your access complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and for keeping this material away from minors in your household.

3. Compliance with record-keeping laws

All performers appearing in visual depictions on this site were over 18 years of age at the time of production. Records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 are maintained by the custodian of records at the address listed at the end of these terms.

4. User-generated content

Members cannot upload media to this site. Any text you submit through forms or messages must be lawful, must not infringe anyone's rights, and must not contain content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal activity. We may remove any submission and terminate the account behind it at our discretion.

5. Discreet billing and payments

Memberships are billed by CCBill, our authorized reseller and payment processor. Current plans are $19.99 per month, $35.95 per three months, and $59.99 per six months, each recurring automatically until cancelled. Charges appear on your statement under a neutral descriptor. Cancellations can only be processed by CCBill. We do not have access to your billing details and cannot cancel, alter, or refund a subscription on your behalf. To cancel you must go through CCBill directly, either at https://support.ccbill.com/ or by contacting CCBill consumer support at consumersupport@ccbill.com or 1-888-596-9279. A cancellation request made to us, by email or through the contact form, does not cancel your subscription and will not stop a renewal. Once cancelled through CCBill, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

All videos, images, text, and marks on this site are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream content for private viewing only. You may not download, record, copy, redistribute, publicly display, resell, or use any content for commercial purposes, and you may not share your account credentials. To discourage redistribution, video played inside the member's area may display your username and account number faintly over the player. If member video appears elsewhere, we may use those marks, together with our access logs, to identify the account it came from and to terminate it.

7. Prohibited behavior

You may not share or resell access, circumvent the age gate or any access control, scrape or bulk-download content, use bots or automated tools against the site, attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer any part of the service, harass others, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and referral to the authorities.

8. Liability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend, or remove content and features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
