1. Information we collect

We collect the account information you give us when you register — username, email address, and a hashed password — and the age confirmation you provide at the entry gate. If you contact us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message. Our servers also log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the dates and times of your visits.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage to remember your age confirmation for the session, keep you signed in, hold your membership status, and measure aggregate traffic. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the age gate will then appear on every visit and you may not be able to stay signed in.

3. Payment data

All payments are processed by CCBill, our authorized third-party payment processor. Card numbers and billing details are entered on CCBill's systems and are never stored by us. We receive only a subscription identifier, your plan, and the status of your membership. CCBill's handling of your payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

4. Third-party services

We rely on service providers to operate the site: CCBill for billing and subscription management, BunnyCDN for video hosting and delivery, and our web host for infrastructure. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service. We do not sell your personal information.

5. How we use your information

We use your information to verify eligibility and age, create and secure your account, provide and restrict access to member content, process subscriptions and renewals, respond to your messages, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations. When the member watermark is switched on, your username and account number are displayed over member video while you watch, so that leaked recordings can be traced back to the account they came from. These identifiers are shown to you only, are not stored with the video, and are used solely to investigate redistribution of our content.

6. Data retention

Account records are kept for as long as your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle billing disputes, chargebacks, and legal requirements. Billing records are retained by CCBill under its own schedule. Records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 are retained for the periods that law requires. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy of your data, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us at info@rawfervorxxx.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information must be retained where the law requires it.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
